Báčsky seniorát bol založený v auguste roku 1920. Prvý seniorálny konvent bol konaný v Báčskom Petrovci 29. septembra 1920. Seniorát má 11 cirkevných zborov a 4 filiálne. Seniorom je Mgr. Jaroslav Kopčok, farár cirkevného zboru v Hložanoch.
